Whether your mom wants to try something entirely new, or polish existing music skills, Swallow Hill group classes cover a wide variety of instruments – from voice to guitar to ukulele – and genres – from country to soul to bluegrass. Gifts for Dad*

Whether he’s making you lunch, picking you up after school, or brewing up a batch of his favorite IPA, if you know your dad, then you know a thing worth doing is worth doing right. With that in mind, might we suggest private music lessons from Swallow Hill Music? Give Dad the opportunity to work one on one with one of our instructors to help him hone his musical craft, be it guitar, banjo, songwriting, or wherever his muse takes him!

Gifts for Young Kids

Our Little Swallows Music classes for kiddos ages six months to five years old weave together sing-alongs, storytelling, finger games, circle dances, rhythm instruments, and traditional, world and popular songs into a fun learning experience for each child and parent/caregiver. The musical selection and activities for each level complements the social and developmental growth of your child.

Our Little Swallows classes are age-specific, please check the schedule before enrolling. Drop-ins welcome!

Gifts for Teens

In Teen House of Rock, students learn how to hold down their instrumental or vocal parts in a live rock band. This class is for rockers who know how to play their instrument but have not had much experience playing in a band. Students become familiar with using their gear, playing with a sound system, and creating a full band sound. All instruments are welcome including horns and singers. The band practices with the House of Rock instructor staff and work toward a final performance at the end of the session.
