Swallow Hill Music is a truly unique non-profit organization with a rich history of bringing people together to learn about, listen to, and perform music. When you invest in Swallow Hill Music, you are making it possible for youth and adults, from all income levels and every walk of life, to experience the joy of music every day.
Swallow Hill’s signature outreach program is Little Swallows, our early childhood education music program that introduces preschool-aged children to the world of music making. Programming is provided exclusively to children living in under-resourced neighborhoods; now serving more than 1,800 students from 29 schools will participate in Little Swallows. A donation to this program qualifies for the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit. More info here.
Our Scholarship Fund is an ongoing program that provides very low-cost access to music education to low-income individuals. In 2019 we granted almost $33,000 to more than 85 students. Donating to this fund is a meaningful way to shape the musical future of Denver.
Your donation to our Outreach Fund allows us to bring the joy of music to under-resourced communities. This fund supports our K-12 in-school assemblies and after-school lessons, our early education program, and special partnerships with other community organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association and Brent’s Place.
