    for while we're closed

We look forward to being together when it's safe to do so! In the meantime, here is more info about our cancellations, credits, and more.

How long is Swallow Hill Music closed?
Swallow Hill is currently closed for in-person programming. We are monitoring the situation closely and will begin some programs when we can do so safely.

What does my donation support?

Your contribution to Swallow Hill supports our music school, concerts and community outreach programs.  During the COVID-19 closure we are providing support for our teachers offering on-line lessons, developing a Swallow Hill branded music school, and bringing on-line music events and programs to life.   These on-line programs are being created as a new and permanent avenue for patrons to engage with Swallow Hill’s many offerings well into the future.  In addition we are taking steps to ensure a safe return back into our building for our teachers, students, artists, concertgoers, staff and volunteers when the time is right.

I have tickets to a concert schedule during the closure. Will that concert be rescheduled?
We are working hard to reschedule events. You will receive an email with the new date. If we’re unable to reschedule, you will receive an email about the cancellation and a full refund.

Will I need a new ticket?
Your original ticket will be valid for the dates.

What if I can’t make a new date?
For questions/refunds, contact Rob Dunn at rob@swallowhillmusic.org. Refunds will not be accepted more than 30 days following the postponement notice.

Music School

I received an email about receiving a credit for my class. What does that mean?
You will have the remaining balance of your purchase on your account to use for the next time you purchase a class or lesson. For questions, please email Kelsy at kelsy@swallowhillmusic.org.

What options do I have for online learning?
Many of our teachers are offering private lessons from their homes. You can see that full list here.

Swallow Hill is currently offering a few online classes and workshops. More will be added so stay tuned!
