Guidelines and Protocols for Returning In Person

Please read through our guidelines below, so that you are prepared to visit us. Our policies are subject to change at any time based on CDC guidelines and mandates from city, state, or federal agencies.

Swallow Hill Music follows state and city COVID guidelines and policies, but will adhere to requests and requirements of artists who perform on our stages. Artists must make reasonable requests for extra COVID procedures at Swallow Hill Music, and day of requests may not be feasible to accommodate. From time to time, ticket holders may be required to wear face masks or coverings for entry to performances, provide proof of COVID vaccination, or use special seating designations as performance contracts require. If such measures are requested or required by artists, Swallow Hill Music will make every reasonable effort to ensure patrons are aware of those needs, including listing on our ticketing site, EventBrite, as well as follow up emails and signage. Swallow Hill Music also has face masks on site if you forget yours at home!

Currently, Swallow Hill Music does not require face coverings or proof of vaccination for artists, patrons, volunteers, or staff. Guests are always welcome to wear face coverings for their personal safety and peace of mind. Should city, state, or federal guidelines and policies change, Swallow Hill Music will follow recommendations and requirements. Artists, patrons, volunteers and staff are expected to adhere to those policies as well. Refunds will not be given to ticket holders who refuse to adhere to requested or required policies. Ticket holders are responsible for checking in on safety requirements for any show they purchase tickets for, and are expected to communicate with artists, other patrons, volunteers and staff with respect and patience.

School: Refunds or account credits related to this updated policy will follow our school cancellation guidelines, which states students may receive a full refund or account credit if the class is dropped before the start date.  Students may drop a 6-8 week class and receive a partial, pro-rated credit or refund if the class is dropped at least 72 hours before the start of the 3rd class. After this deadline, students cannot drop and the credit/refund option is no longer available. Students may drop a 4-5 week class and receive a partial, pro-rated credit or refund if the class is dropped at least 72 hours before the start of the 2nd class. After this deadline, students cannot drop and the credit/refund option is no longer available.

Requests after those dates/timeframes will not be honored.
