“Finalists at the International Folk Music Awards 2025 – Album of the Year”
Merging the inspiration of 60’s and 70’s inspired Americana/Folk, with a distinct Celtic Lilt, The Heart Collectors have spent the last 8 years ‘collecting hearts’ of international audiences through heartfelt ballads, toe-tapping jigs, and “Epic Folk” anthems.
With comparison to iconic artists of the Woodstokian era of folk, including Fleetwood Mac, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Loreena Mckennit and The Seekers, The Heart Collectors combine four part vocal harmony with delicate keys, soaring cello, rolling Banjo, sparkling mandolin, intricate guitar, haunting cello, to create a sound that resonates from bluegrass-inflected folk to ethereal soundscapes.
From humble beginnings in regional NSW, Australia, the band has rapidly built international momentum. In recent years, they’ve showcased at some of the world’s leading music conferences music festivals in the world, including South by South-West, Folk Alliance International, NAMM, Canadian Music Week, and Global Music Match. In 2024 alone, the band performed 103 shows across the United States across a 9-month period.
Recognition that shows in their regular top 20 chart placements on both the Folk Radio Charts, and NACC Charts, including their latest EP reaching no. 7.
With two upcoming releases in the first half of 2026, The Heart Collectors’ Toward the Dawn Tour will see them return to venues across the United States.
