Group Banjo Classes

Whether you are new to the banjo or you’re looking to expand your repertoire or try a new style, our group classes provide a community environment to learn new skills and take your practice to the next level. Beginners can learn the basics of banjo playing in our core classes, and clawhammer and 3-finger banjo players can expand their technique with specialty classes and workshops, or learn to play in a band while playing some of their favorite tunes in our unique ensemble classes.

(Note: our group classes run in 8-week “sessions” through the year, so classes may already be running. Check to see when new classes will be posted here.)
