Christy Wessler teaches voice, harmony and performance. She grew up in upstate New York and performed as a folk singer throughout the area. She married and moved west where she joined a choir and studied classical voice for six years. Never abandoning her folk roots, she sang both classical, folk and pop depending on the occasion. Her teaching style reflects her love of music and performing. Christy has been music director for Unity on the Avenue and the Denver Church of Religious Science. She is currently a member of StrumTherapy, a trio that performs regularly in the metro Denver region as well as a duo with Laura Butler.
