This one-night-only concert will celebrate the release of The Deborah Solo Trio’s newest album. Two of the members, Deborah Solo Collins and Chadzilla, have been Swallow Hill teachers for many years, and they can’t wait for this special performance at a venue that feels like home.
The Deborah Solo Trio is a Denver-based indie band that features three-part vocal harmony, acoustic guitar, cello, and a percussionist who plays drums, bass, and keys simultaneously. Their lyrics are raw and honest, and often explore belonging in all senses of the word. The group is just as inspired by newer artists, like Lizzy McAlpine and Stephen Sanchez, as they are by more classic favorites, like Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, and Beck. You can expect an emotional and memorable performance every time they perform.
Since their start in 2014, the trio has performed at many highly regarded Colorado venues and events, including The Cherry Arts Festival, Chief Theater, First Friday Art Walk, Evenings Al Fresco at the Denver Botanic Gardens, and Swallow Hill. Find out more at www.deborahsolo.com.
