About this Artist

Since 2011, the minding has performed a wide variety of musical genres in a variety of venues and settings such as corporate, community, private and fundraising events, bistros, wineries, downtown denver musical venues and even a state senator’s birthday party! One patron described the band’s show, “Their music is like a box of chocolates; you never know what type of song will come next!” The band pretty much performs the songs they love despite the genre, and audience participation is a standard occurrence at their shows. Founder/Manager/lead singer, Susan Cox, started the band after taking some classes at Swallow Hill, and her first band mates were fellow students there! Currently, the band has two lead singers in addition to susan, and that makes for some mighty fine harmonies on songs. Their holiday program, “A SOLSTICE CELEBRATION” incorporates some seasonal songs that, though recognizable, are a bit off the beaten track!
