Denver UkeFest 2024 Launch Party featuring Ferocious Fleas

Please join us on Thursday, February 1st for our Denver UkeFest 2024 Launch Party. This event will feature a performance by the Ferocious Fleas, an announcement of the 2024 festival performers, Happy Hour drink specials, and we will be selling discounted tickets to Denver UkeFest 2024. The event will take place at Swallow Hill Music in our Tuft Theatre from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

About the Artist

Ferocious Fleas is a unique seven-member ensemble playing music from Bach to Queen to Lady Gaga – on ukuleles!  This is not your ordinary strum & sing ukulele group. These four-stringed Hawaiian instruments prove their versatility in varied arrangements that will get your toes tapping!  The group’s name comes from the literal translation of the Hawaiian word ‘ukulele’ – which means “jumping flea” – and the group’s willingness to interpret just about any music genre, including pop, musicals, jazz, country-western, movie scores, classical, and good old rock & roll. You’ll come out of a Ferocious Fleas concert with a new appreciation for the music that ukuleles can create!
