"Swallow Hill Music is a wonderful partner for Denver Botanic Gardens. The staff not only has depth and rare levels of expertise, they are consummate professionals. We have enjoyed consistently high quality concert experiences, in all aspects, due to Swallow Hill." -Brian Vogt, CEO, Denver Botanic Gardens
CBS4 is a significant partner of Swallow Hill's enabling us to bring the joy of music to life every day through concerts and music lessons for all ages. CBS4 generously provides digital, television, and social advertising to promote Swallow Hill’s Music Matters campaign, telling the stories of the impact of music education across the community. In November 2018, CBS4's newscast This Morning began featuring the music of five bands and all include a Swallow Hill teacher. In addition, Walt DeHaven, VP and General Manager of CBS4, serves on Swallow Hill’s Board of Directors and is the Chairs our Development Committee, assuring fiscal health of the organization through philanthropy and development efforts.
CBS4 is a Gold Sponsor of One Epic Night, our annual fundraiser to support Swallow Hill’s Community Outreach Fund, which provides music education and experiences to under-resourced communities through our Little Swallows early childhood education music program, Interactive Performances and Enrichment Programs and Music Therapy.
Four Mile Historic Park
The Shady Grove Picnic Series at Four Mile Historic Park is quintessentially Swallow Hill. Every Wednesday night for the last 25+ summers, friends have gathered on picnic blankets to watch great music from local and touring artists. We even offer a discount for those who ride their bikes to the show. It's perfectly quaint, in all the best ways.
