Join us for this centuries-old tradition of sharing musical ideas with like-minded folks. Led by our founder Harry Tuft on the First Friday of each month, our hootenannies are a combination of an open mic, mass sing-a-long, and groovin’ good time.
“The Hoot” is the best possible place to learn new songs and new licks, and to hear old songs performed in entirely new ways! It’s free to attend – though donations to keep programs like this running are greatly appreciated, and can be done at this link: https://swallowhillmusic.org/donate/
To join this Hootenanny or ask about performing a song of your own, get the Zoom link by emailing Harry at harrymtuft@gmail.com before the preceding Thursday at 11:59 pm (or by Tuesday at 11:59 pm if you’d like to perform.)
