    Swallow Hill is upgrading!

    We're excited to say that your experience buying tickets online is about to be more efficient and user-friendly. While this transition will be beneficial in the long-run, we realize that change can be difficult, and we want to make this transition process as seamless as possible.

    Below you will find some important things to know in the coming months.

    Buying Concert Tickets Using Swallow Hill Credits Using Gift Certificates

Want to purchase concert tickets?

Our transition to a ticketing system called Eventbrite began on September 4. We believe this system will be easier for our patrons for both online and in-person purchases.

 

What will this look like?

This will be a gradual transition. During the coming months, the “Buy Tickets” page for some concerts will remain the same and the buying process will not change. You will be taken through the usual website. Other shows, however, will slowly shift into the new system. With these shows, you will no longer be directed to the old “Buy Tickets” page, and instead will be directed to a new Eventbrite page.

By November 1, 2018, all of our shows will be sold through Eventbrite, and you will always be directed to that site.

To purchase tickets in Eventbrite:

 

  1. Once directed to the Eventbrite page for the concert, click the green “Tickets” button on the right side of the page.

  2. Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase, and click the orange “Checkout” button at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Enter your basic contact information and your payment information.

  4. Click the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the screen.

**If you are a member of Swallow Hill Music, please check your email for your member code. You will enter this code in the “Promo Code” field after Step 1 (above) to unlock your discounted concert tickets.**

Do you have outstanding credits?

If you have outstanding credits on your Swallow Hill account, they may only be used for school-related transactions.

 

Please note:

On October 1, we will be continuing our system upgrade and transitioning to a new school registration site. We encourage you to use your credits before October 1 while in the current system as it is most familiar to you.

 

What we recommend:

Please consider using them to register for a Fall Session group class, workshop, or private lesson. Fall Session begins on September 4, and registration remains open until September 23.

Do you have a gift certificate?

From now on, gift certificates are only redeemable in-person or over the phone.
