
We are proud to present legendary indie pop band The Magnetic Fields, who will perform in Daniels Hall over two evenings on Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18 2023.
The beloved indie pop band features songs by composer and singer Stephin Merritt. Concertgoers will be treated to an intimate, orchestral-pop experience featuring cello, ukulele, guitars and keyboards.
Tickets for the concert go on sale Friday, October 28 at 10 a.m.

Over their two-night stand, The Magnetic Fields will journey through the group’s career, spanning songs from their indie hit 69 Love Songs to the autobiographical 50 Song Memoir, as well as from their most recent 2020 album, Quickies.
Joining Merritt onstage are musicians Sam Davol, Shirley Simms, Chris Ewen, and Anthony Kaczynski.
The tour also celebrates the release of a special 30th anniversary vinyl edition of their 1992 EP, The House of Tomorrow.
