Customer Service Associate

Swallow Hill Music seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate. Responsibilities include registering students, selling tickets to shows, selling memberships, room set up, answering incoming phone calls, and providing information to visitors. Applicants must be friendly, articulate, detail-oriented and willing to pitch in where needed. 1 year customer service experience desired.

Basic computer skills required. Position requires the ability to lift and carry chairs and occasionally tables. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. The ability play at least one instrument is desired. An interest in art, dance, theater and education is helpful.
